Replacement Citroen Car Keys

The price of a Citroen replacement key can vary dependent on the model. For instance, models with more advanced features like the Xsara Picasso or Berlingo can cost more to replace. However, generally speaking, our prices are approximately 50% lower than those of the main dealer.

We can supply new transponder and remote keys for all Citroen models from 1998 to 2000. The keys are equipped with chips that communicate with your car when you insert them into the lock. If you've lost your Citroen car key or just require a spare, it can feel like an overwhelming experience. Many people think they need to return to their dealer to get a replacement but this is not always the case. The automobile is becoming increasingly advanced and that includes keys. While a local locksmith will usually be able to create a replacement for car keys that are conventional, if yours is a smart or remote key, you will need to visit a professional that has the right tools and training.

Replacing a key for this style of Citroen is a simple process and can be done at the site in the majority of instances (including keys that have been lost). When you lose both keys, the car must be changed. This will require that you bring the car to our workshop.

Citroen's range of vehicles is extremely popular. The dealer will need to program the key to your vehicle to ensure it functions properly. This could cost you a lot of money.
